Delivery times:
Please allow 5 to 10 business days for your order to be processed. You will receive a notification from us once it has been shipped via Canada Post. Delivery in Quebec and Ontario is free, but additional fees may apply for other Canadian provinces. In that event, we will contact you.

Pick up:
You will contact us via the MC Signature Facebook page to make arrangements with us regarding when to pick up your order.
Regular shipping:
For all purchases, we offer free regular shipping for shipments within Quebec and Ontario. If you would like express shipping, please indicate this in the comments tab of your cart. Additional fees will apply.
Normally, Canada Post expects your regular shipping package to arrive within 10 business days. Note that your order ships from Fermont, which may naturally extend this timeframe during busy periods. You will not receive a tracking number for your order.
Terms of sale

MC Signature jewelry is intended for adults only. They are handmade with small parts and pose a choking hazard. Please never leave your jewelry within reach of a child. By purchasing this product, you must ensure that it will not cause harm to anyone.
Payment and privacy
Our website offers secure payment options. Your personal and banking information is protected. Shopify is compliant with the PCI Data Security Standard and is PCI Level 1 certified. This means that all of your personal data and information is ultra-secure.
Incorrect address entered by the customer
It is the customer's responsibility to enter a complete and accurate delivery address. If the package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, this will result in additional postal charges. If the package is lost due to an incorrect address entered by the customer, the order will neither be refunded nor replaced.
Return, exchange or refund of a non-defective product
Please note that all sales are final.
Jewelry repair
If your jewelry breaks, please contact us via the "contact us" section. Please note that we will not cover any postal charges and that repair fees may apply. Make sure to take proper care of your jewelry by following the guidelines below.
First, keep your jewelry away from water, cream, disinfectant solution, and other liquids. This will preserve the integrity of the elastic thread of your bracelet, as well as all the parts and beads that make up your bracelet.
In addition, you must avoid stretching your bracelet unnecessarily. Roll the bracelet over your hand onto your wrist. In doing so, you will save the elastic and ensure a longer lifespan for your jewelry.
